RESIDENTIAL BUILDING WITH COMMON HOUSE

This project was developed for the CIVICA Housing Association and is located in Årslev, Faaborg-Midfyn Municipality. The objective was to design a communal space that fosters connection among residents while meeting the client’s specific requirements.

To achieve a harmonious aesthetic, the design features wood cladding for the residential areas and brick for the common house. This material selection balances warmth and durability, aligning with the project's purpose of creating a welcoming and functional community space.

This project highlights my ability to design thoughtful and client-focused solutions that blend functionality with aesthetic considerations.
